What the hell is going on with MCA?
Since the CR had casted the vote of no confidence on MCA President, and by passing the second motion in the EGM, the Presidential Council and the CC had been indirectly casted votes of no confidence as well, then the whole CC should resign and have a fresh poll. Let the CR elect the new CC whom they feel that maybe more capable than the old rotten ones!
Moreover, the CC has NO POWER at all to elect (the word used by the present President who had been casted vote of no confidence) a new Deputy President of MCA. The Second Motion was passed in the EGM of MCA on 10.10.2009. In fact, the Third Motion carried no weight at all since less that two thirds of the CC were not in favour to reinstall Dr. Chua as the Deputy President of the party. As such, he is still the party’s Deputy President. This is yet to be confirmed with the Registrar of NGO.
Consequently, the post of MCA’s Deputy President has not been vacated and the CC is in no position to elect any of the Vice President to hold the post as the Deputy President. Dr. Chua is supposed to be back to MCA as the Deputy President! Even if the President and the CC want to have a tussle with Dr. Chua and let the Registrar of NGO to step in later, the post maybe temporarily frozen or can be temporarily acted by a Vice President. So, Liow can only be chosen by the CC to be an Acting (temporary) Deputy President and not being elected by the CC as the Deputy President. Please bear this in mind!
The President of MCA had said before many times conducting EGM is a waste of money and will split the party. When Dr. Chua’s camp was able to get enough signatures calling for the EGM, he exercised his power to call for an EGM. Now, he is calling another EGM in less than a week’s time after the EGM. EGM called by other party members is a waste of money and EGM called by the President of the party will not waste money? What the hell is this?
Resolve the whole CC and have AGM to have the party election now! There is no point to waste about RM 700 000.00 on another EGM! Please be men of principles, the President, Secretary General, Honourable Treasurer, Assistant Secretary General, all appointed CC and Sate Chairmen and Senators, quit now! Let other ethnic groups at least have some respect on Chinese, please!!!!!

Kg Folk兄：又来你的部落格留言了。交流交流。(这一个留言可能会放去其他的部落格让大家交流，我也想知道大家的论点。谢。)
首先，我要强调几点：
1) 我也认同总会长应该信守诺言，辞职！因为曾经在媒体上高调地、强调地坚持如果通过了蔡派的任何一项提案，就会总辞。(虽然在较后的电台访谈中说：“我有这样说吗？”这也无法以理服人！)。所以，我认为在这种情况下，辞职是有其必要性的。最彻底的做法是：总辞。然后再通过“特别党选”来重新洗牌。
2) 虽然有关提案并没有直接针对中委会，但是由于之前的总辞之说并没有受到中委会的一致反对(至少我没有听说)，因此在道义上，中委会是在帮着翁诗杰所谓的“总辞之说”背书。所以，当中委会的决定(开除&冻结蔡细历)，直接的冲击着中委会的信义。重新洗牌是为了获得更进一步的中央代表们的真正委托。
但是，让我们做一点逆向反思：
1) 在现在的时刻，我认为：翁诗杰“留下来”其实比“直接走人”须要更大的政治勇气。
别忘了，PKFZ现在转调到12月，说白了就是某方面以时间争取空间的作法。
我的看法是：翁诗杰必须在这个时刻留下来，不完全是为马华，而是为国家的PKFZ。他必须清楚地、完成人民（不止是我们马华）对PKFZ的详情调查之期待。
他会更加痛苦，因为不止会受到(a)政治上层、(b)马华的蔡派、(c)要他遵守信言的政治评论家、(d)本身翁派内争上位的人，种种的压力。但是，这是他必须履行的任务。是必须，也是政治责任。老翁，你不准跑！
我强调：我认为他必须在这时刻留下来。
(Kg Folk兄，在现今政治评论家的部落里，我们都看到差不多一面倒都要求老翁直接辞职走人。但是我鲜少看到有人提起PKFZ应该由谁去处理？当然，我不是说除了老翁外，真的没有人可以处理PKFZ。问题是，你看看现今马华有谁有分量、敢去动PKFZ？蔡廖江陈黄魏周？我看没有！)那么，PKFZ应该怎样？就不了了之吗？
因此，我认为虽然老翁在马华上有信守诺言上的道义责任，不过如果以国家角度看来，我认为：老翁更应该留下来面对PKFZ。搞点了你要走你才走！
2) 我的第二个论点是：如果老翁无法在他所剩下来的任期内解决PKFZ，我相信到时他要留下来再选总会长时，马华的代表也不会给他这一个机会！
再说，如果他成功地推选了党员直选制度的话，更广大的党员将利用手上的一票，对他处理PKFZ的情况，给于最好的注脚。
3) 在辞职这一方面看来，这也给老翁一个教训，在政治上，说话不要这么绝。不要恃才傲物、不要以为你有才华就会有人服你。在政治上，展示高高在上的姿态是不管用的。你还须要深入民间，接触更广大的层面，才能服众。我再说，身为一个领导者如果无法服众是失败的。老翁在这一方面是不及格的。
我的结论：老翁，你现在不准走！勇敢面对压力(这是你和身边差劲的智囊团所招来的)，彻底地搞好PKFZ，给马华，也给国家扳回一城再说！到时你真的走时，我再给你杯酒饯行！
马华的政治评论家，请以理性文章说服我：要求翁直接辞职走人，会比让他留下来搞好PKFZ后才走会更好吗？
真不明白为什么还要多此一举？
既然要来多一次EGM，那为什么不直接解散重选？

一路来,我们的见解差异不多, 更加没有争论.你的看法我虽说不上不同意,也不敢100%赞成,因为他已经无能为力了!!!不只是因为内阁在PKFZ的这件调查讼案中,已架空他的权力!!!!!他没有在调查小组内,已没有权利说话了.
再者,他也写过推荐信给财政部,和其他的各種各樣的流言蜚語,不可解答的疑问之中,他能全身而退已谢天谢地了,他还能在PKFZ的这件调查讼案中有何作为?
