MINISTER OF HEALTH, PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR MINISTRY PROPERLY!!!!!

In our post ‘Ministry of Health, Follow PM’s KPI Requirements, Please…’, we had reminded that there was a lack of stock of medicine or medicine prescribed by doctors were not available and the pharmacist at the dispensary departments had to use their own decision to substitute by some other medicine.

The situation seems to be getting worse now. I was almost on top of my anger and agony yesterday waiting for more than 3 hours just to see the doctor for routine check up before I can get the normal medicine. While many patients were waiting outside, some doctors in the rooms were relatively relaxed and time to joke!

When I was in the pharmacy department, I almost lost my temper as I couldn’t act and think in conformity or congruity that a state’s General Hospital (GH) did not have the medicine prescribed by the doctors! I was also told by the dispenser that many patients had been sent back without some of the medicine prescribed for them. We were asked to contact the GH when would the stock arrive. This is the greatest irony of the year, but at the same time, it is most precarious plight in GH now where patients had been sent back without medicine!

I was not given one of the prescriptions, and two others by substitutes of lower quality, decided by the pharmacist in the dispensary department without consulting the doctor! One of the substitutes I didn’t mind much as it is just an ointment, but another is a medication for consumption! I obviously was very annoyed to be given sub-standard medicine and another medicine was not available at all in all the 5 possible dispensary departments in the GH.

I blamed the dispensary department of not informing the management (maybe logistic department) about the alarming stage of shortage or unavailability of medicine. To the greatest shock in my life that I was told by the dispenser that there was no more budget to buy the medicine! OMG! This is a very acute and serious problem!!!

Minister of Health, what the hell are you doing? You are a minister for the whole of the RAKYAT of Malaysia, you are not paid to work only for MCA !!!

We are NOT interested in you and your ridiculous comrades’ crying in the public about the tremor and crisis in MCA. Crying in the public had become a mockery of themselves! We are much more concern of the patients visiting government hospitals without giving the medicine they are supposed to take home. If a GH fails to give enough or correct prescriptions, we can imagine some other smaller hospitals or polyclinics.

Minister of Health, where are your KPIs? Do you want to be named the worst Minister of health ever had in the history of Malaysia? Do you want people to keep saying you are only concerned of the power struggling in MCA and not concern of the health of the hospital patients?

Answer us, Minister of Health. If fatal cases happen because patients are not given medicine prescribed, are you going to pay Life for Life?

I believe if this critical and alarming plight is not overcome within these few days and if any serious cases happen, Minister of Health, your ministry (and of course you can’t run away from the duty and accountability) will have faced a lot of court cases. Our RAKYAT are not that stupid to be fooled like some of the mCA grassroots to be fooled by their MCA leaders!!!

Honestly speaking, if you or the lady who lost in the 308 GE but went through back door to be appointed as a deputy minister were to stand for the next GE in the place we vote, all of us WILL never vote for anyone of you again! We would rather caste spoilt votes or abstain from voting as a silent protest that MCA only sends out this type of irresponsible people!!!! If you can't manage a ministry properly, you want to manage MCA? Haha!

BLOCK RESIGNATION OF MCA DISCIPLINARY BOARD!!!

马华纪委会成员集体辞职

The Disciplinary Board of MCA had finally taken the right move to quit! There is no point for the board members to find excuses to quit the committee. Rules and regulations were clearly stated in the MCA’s Constitutions that the Disciplinary Board can only give suggestions or proposals of actions to be taken against any MCA member. Such suggestion or proposal has to be endorsed by the presidential Council and Central Committee of MCA. A check and balance is a MUST in any political party or even in any NGO to avoid abuse of power that might be adopted by the Disciplinary Board Members. This is nothing new! There is no reason that these board members who are the veteran MCA members, are ignorant of such rules.

In fact, this is the worst of all the Disciplinary Boards ever had in MCA.

These members should not in the fist place, accept the appointment last year. Many other MCA members are much better of compared to them to be in the committee.

We sincerely hope that MCA will, after making a mistake to appoint this committee consisting of controversial and incompetent people, now appoint apt, appropriate and non-argumentative people in the Disciplinary Board!

真的大团圆？马华，不要再乱了，好吗？

我等没有说错吧？

在马华大团圆了!? （Friday, October 23, 2009）中我等还是称 副总会长廖中莱而不称署理总会长廖中莱，因为我等在
全体马华会长理事会和中委会已经被投不信任票了!!! （Wednesday, October 14, 2009）的文稿中认为第三项议案,使得恢复蔡细历党职提案无法在马华特大通过,不代表署理总会长之职位已出缺!蔡细历没有表明辞去党职,署理总会长之职位是否已被冻结还必须从马华党章及法律观点仔细的研究呢。

在今早约11点半，蔡细历接获社团注册局的信函成功恢复马华署理总会长的职位。他也在中午1点10份左右，与儿子即柔佛拉美士国会议员蔡智勇一起抵达马华大厦，在第一时间出席马华中委会会议。这说明了任何事件必须以马华党章及法律观点为准。

廖派以三大理由，拒绝承认蔡细历复职的合法性：（一）中委会同时冻结蔡细历的党籍及党职；（二）社团注册局无权插手中委会的决定；（三）对付蔡细历是一项纪律行动，不是罢免问题，因此不需要有三分之二的中央代表来撤销其党职。廖中莱保留上诉法庭权利。马华还乱的不够啊？

可笑啊，可笑！廖派到今天还不觉悟全体马华会长理事会和中委会已经在10月10日的马华特大被中央代表投不信任票了!!! 如果 社团注册局无权插手党章及中委会的决定，那么任何社团及政党都不需要章程或者可在任何时候改变章程，中委会也可制定一些对他们有利的章程，真是的！

己所不欲，勿施于人！廖派现在应该知道蔡派当初受打压的感受了吧！

再者，如说廖派不是以官或党位为重，谁会相信？看看那四位被委任的中委在今天中午所招开的记者会，已是一叶知秋了!!!被委任的人，不支持有权力委任他们的人，这在道理上是说不过去的！由其是大选输了，依靠他走后门当上副部长的人，更不可做反骨仔!!!

年轻的马华领袖不要想乘马华四分五裂的时机争著上位。你们还没有足够的经验、实际能力、才干、魄力跟国阵的老将们争一长短！退一步，海阔天空。不要让华社看到你们也只是争權夺利，不是为华社谋利的一群自私自利之人!!!

翁蔡应当会知道有若干州联委会主席是必须被换,因为他们连一州都管理不当!更希望冯镇安,黄家泉等等好领袖再次回到主流，马华才有救!!!!!

AGONIZING MCA LEADERS MUST BE OUSTED!!!

By looking at the present situation of MCA, a true Malaysian, whether one belongs to Chinese ethnicity or not, inevitably will get agonized and inflamed by the recent actions of the Presidential Council (PC) and Central Committee (CC) members! Lots of inappropriate appointments of the party leaders to hold ministry posts and party portfolios, and more discordant and incongruent acts and moves have resulted in great mockery!

If one were to hope that the present MCA leaders had learnt a lesson from the EGM held on 10 October, 2009, one will have his heart shattered! More and more actions discrepant to the public have been committed by the MCA leaders especially the younger ones who are too eager to fight their way up by using unbecoming and indecorous tactics.

We had urged the whole PC & CC to have block resignation in our post ANOTHER EGM? OH MY GOD!!! dated THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2009, and many other MCA leaders, commentators and bloggers have the same opinion! The CC lead by LTL said they could settle the MCA crisis, but at the same time, the CC had their own plan.

During the CC meeting held on 15.10.2009, the CC forced OTK to set a date to resign, but he refused. Instead, he asked for a block resignation of the whole CC, obviously he was turned down! The CC members especially the younger and the non-performing ones were scared to be ousted if there is another party election of the new CC.

Later when OTK had apparently patched up with CSL, the whole CC got worried as the terms and conditions of the reunion was not discussed openly and endorsed in any CC meeting. LTL, in no position whatsoever, held several secret meetings with some of the CC members (we are interested to know: Why the Disciplinary Board Members kept quiet about this issue? Are they 'SLEEPING'?). The final result is expected: some of the CC members had asked to have another EGM to decide whether there should be a block resignation of the CC to give way to party election. What the hell are these CC members, especially the young, egoistic and over ambitious leaders doing? The answer is trivial. They are scared OTK will snatch away their positions and power!!!!

OTK did mention during the CC meeting held on 15 October, 2009 that there were some hidden agenda in sacking CSL. All Malaysians have the right to know:
1. Was CSL that ‘bad’ to the extent that he should be sacked by the PC which had taken the advice put forth by the Disciplinary Board?
2. Why OTK NEVER try to find ways and means to have certain ‘communication’ with CSL earlier?
3. Was OTK being ‘poisoned’ by his close comrades that CSL’s political career MUST be terminated? If so, who are these persons?
4. Did LTL and other PC members show great support to OTK during the PC and CC meetings?

MCA leaders, especially the younger ones, are you NOT ashamed by looking at the picture above? If you did not agree with what OTK said: BLOCK RESIGNATION IF THE VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE CASTED AGAINST OTK WAS PASSED, THEN YOU SHOULDN’T BE THERE IN THE PICTURE. PLEASE DON’T THINK THAT YOU ARE THE ONLY SMART PEOPLE AROUND !!!

It’s high time for OTK and LTL with his two strong supporters WKS & CMF to speak the truth now! Let all Malaysians be the judgers!

We feel that it is a great waste of money and time to have another EGM. Let’s have the block resignation of the CC of not only MCA, but the MCA Youth and Women too, as there are tremors in both wings now!

Those who had constantly poisoned OTK to go against CSL MUST be OUSTED in the next MCA party election too. We, Malaysians, CANNOT have this type of leaders holding any posts in the ministry level!!! ALL MCA CR PLEASE WAKE UP, CHOOSE CAPABLE PEOPLE, NOT JUST ONLY THE YOUNG LEADERS WHO ARE TOO POWER CRAZY AND INCOMPETIBLE WITH OTHER BARISAN NASIONAL LEADERS. TOO MANY YOUNG AND INEXPERIENCED MCA LEADERS WILL RESULT IN WHAT WE SEE TODAY. THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GAIN RESPECT IN THE CABINET AND WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BARGAIN FOR CHINESE COMMUNITY!!!
